Aluminum Rods And Bars : ACC-U-PLATE

ACC-U-PLATE is high tolerance aluminum bars, trademarked by the Alcoa Aluminum company. ACC-U-Plate bars are used the staring point for many precision applications, including tool and die applications, injection mold making and tooling components and gages. The high precision (+. 022”/-.000) on a .500-inch bar means that time is saved in machining. ACC-U-PLATE comes in 6061 alloy in thickness from 3/8 inch to 2 inches and width from 8 inches to 14 inches. The exact tolerance varies by size, refer to the table for exact specifications.
